We previously described some these HR themes for a new generation of knowledge workers in an article by SPC Fabiola Eyholzer, Agile HR with SAFe: Bringing Lean-Agile People Operations into the 21st Century. But up to now, no one has opined on how to integrate HR specialists before and during the.

Advanced Topic – Applied Enterprise Workflow with the SAFe Portfolio Kanban

SAFe Updates

Hi Folks, To use an idiom (even when they are not recommended!), implementing a SAFe Lean portfolio can be “the long pole in the tent” in building the SAFe Lean Enterprise. It’s one of the hardest and most impactful things you can do to ‘right size’ the tent for an enterprise portfolio. Its highly iterative cycle provides the opportunity to quickly evaluate large initiatives and measure viability, but it requires a different form of accounting than what’s been used in the past. Senior Consultant and SPCT Joe Vallone has just published a new guidance article, Applied Innovation Accounting in SAFe, that describes.
